QR Codes and Watermarks to Prevent Question Paper Leaks
To curb question paper leakage, each question paper has been embedded with QR codes and watermarks. The papers have already been transported under tight security and stored in strong rooms across the state.
Special emphasis has been placed on ensuring error-free question papers, avoiding out-of-syllabus content, and guaranteeing timely delivery to nodal centres.
Over 5.6 Lakh Students to Appear for Exams
A total of more than 5.6 lakh students have registered for the three examinations this year. To safeguard the question papers, the board has set up 322 nodal centres across Odisha.
For six remote districts, arrangements have been made to begin the transportation of question papers from February 10, with the entire distribution process expected to be completed by February 15. All nodal centres will receive the question papers by February 16.
Tight Security at Nodal Centres
The Board has coordinated with district administrations to ensure robust security at nodal centres. Armed police personnel, along with centre superintendents, will oversee the security arrangements, BSE President Srikant Tarai said.
The board has reiterated its commitment to conducting the examinations in a fair, transparent, and secure manner, ensuring a stress-free environment for students.
