Women to Receive ₹50,000 Over Five Years

The Subhadra Yojana provides ₹5,000 per instalment to every eligible woman through DBT. The scheme was launched on September 17, 2024.

Under the scheme, eligible women receive ₹10,000 annually in two instalments—one around Raksha Bandhan and another around International Women’s Day. The financial assistance will continue for five years, taking the total benefit to ₹50,000 per beneficiary.

The fifth instalment marks another major transfer under the scheme, aimed at providing direct financial support to women across Odisha.
