<p data-start="1285" data-end="1620">The Special Relief Commissioner’s office has issued a heatwave warning for western Odisha, particularly for April 13 and 14. District collectors have been advised to take necessary precautionary measures. By April 13, temperatures in interior districts may touch 40°C, while coastal areas may record temperatures between 35°C and 37°C.</p>
<p data-start="1622" data-end="1878">Hot winds are expected to blow across interior Odisha, with a significant difference between day and night temperatures. People have been advised to avoid stepping out between 11 AM and 3 PM and take necessary precautions to prevent heat-related illnesses.</p>

Additionally, districts such as Sambalpur, Bolangir, and Bargarh are likely to face heatwave conditions starting April 13.</p>
<p data-start="2621" data-end="2827" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">On Friday, at least eight places in the state recorded temperatures above 37°C, with Boudh at 39°C, Titlagarh at 38.5°C, Hirakud at 38°C, and Nuapada at 38°C, indicating the intensifying heat across Odisha.</p>
