The meeting was attended by CPI(ML) All India General Secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya, Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) President Bhakta Charan Das, former PCC Presidents Niranjan Patnaik and Jaidev Jena, former Odisha Minister Prafulla Samal of the Biju Janata Dal (BJD), CPI(ML) State Secretary Yudhishthir Mahapatra, CPI State General Secretary Prashant Mishra, AIFB State Secretary Jyotiranjan Mahapatra, former MLA Radhakant Sethi, and several other progressive and secular leaders.

During the interaction, leaders exchanged views on the prevailing political situation in the country and the state. Discussions also focused on safeguarding democratic institutions, promoting social justice, and addressing issues affecting the larger interests of society and the nation.
