Indian all-rounder Shivam Dube, fresh from India’s back-to-back T20 World Cup victories, has invested in luxury living in Mumbai. The 32-year-old left-handed batter purchased two high-end flats in the prestigious DLH Enclave residential complex in Oshiwara last year for a combined total of ₹27.50 crore.

Details of the Property Purchase

Dube acquired the properties from Dev Land and Housing Limited in June 2025. One flat is on the 17th floor, and the other on the 18th floor, together covering approximately 9,600 square feet. The deal also included three dedicated parking spaces, costing an additional ₹1.65 crore in stamp duty.

Cricketing Success Fuels Financial Growth

Dube’s cricketing journey has directly contributed to his financial capabilities. Since his international debut in 2019, he has become a key member of India’s T20 squad. Notable performances include 43 off 25 balls in a semi-final and 26 off 8 balls in the final of the recent T20 World Cup.

In addition to his on-field earnings, Dube secured a ₹12 crore retention from Chennai Super Kings ahead of the IPL 2025 mega auction, along with BCCI earnings of ₹3 lakh per T20 match and a yearly ₹1 crore from his Grade C central contract.

Balancing Stardom and Simplicity

Despite his newfound luxury, Dube maintains a grounded lifestyle. Earlier this year, he famously took a simple train ride back home from Ahmedabad after India’s World Cup win, highlighting his down-to-earth personality alongside his off-field investments.

Sports Excellence Reflecting in Off-Field Investments

Shivam Dube’s Mumbai property acquisition is a testament to how sustained sporting excellence translates into smart financial decisions. As India gears up for future cricketing challenges, Dube’s story underscores the rewards of success both on and off the field.
