In a landmark step towards citizen-centric governance, the Government of Odisha, in partnership with Meta, today launched ‘Ama Sathi’, a unified WhatsApp chatbot providing access to over 120 government services. The initiative, unveiled by Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja at Lok Seva Bhavan, aims to make public services more accessible and convenient for over 45 million citizens.

One-Stop Digital Access to Citizen Services

Citizens can now avail essential services such as Birth and Income Certificates, Driving and Fertilizer Licenses, National Family Benefits Scheme, land records, police assistance, and education, agriculture, and horticulture services—all through a single platform. The chatbot will expand to cover over 500 services in the coming months.
