U.S. President Donald Trump has issued a strong warning to Iran, signaling a tougher stance in the ongoing geopolitical tensions. In a post on Truth Social, Trump stated that the United States would no longer act like a “Mr. Nice Guy” toward the Islamic Republic.

Trump criticized Iran’s handling of negotiations, saying the country does not know how to properly finalize a non-nuclear agreement. He urged Iranian leadership to “get smart quickly,” indicating growing frustration over stalled diplomatic efforts. Alongside the message, Trump shared an image of himself holding an assault rifle, further amplifying the intensity of his warning.

The statement came just hours after Trump claimed that Iran was nearing collapse. He also suggested that Iran wants the United States to reopen the strategically vital Strait of Hormuz, a key global oil shipping route.

Iran Files Complaint at United Nations
In response, Iran has lodged a formal complaint against the United States at the United Nations. According to reports, Tehran has accused the U.S. of serious violations, including acts of “maritime piracy.”

Iran’s ambassador to the UN, Amir Saeid Iravani, alleged that the United States seized vessels named “Majestic” and “Tiffany” and confiscated approximately 3.8 million barrels of Iranian oil. The complaint highlights escalating tensions between the two nations, with both sides trading sharp accusations.

As diplomatic relations continue to deteriorate, the situation raises concerns about stability in the Middle East and potential disruptions to global energy supplies.
